These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts, orders and service engagements between you (“Customer”) and Elder Shield Inc., 250 Dundas St, London, ON N6A 1H3, Canada (Business Number: 815-732-459), operating at eldershieldup.com.
Elder Shield provides retirement insurance solutions including hospital coverage, outpatient benefits, and emergency assistance. The precise scope of coverage is set out in your chosen plan details or policy schedule.
You enroll via our website or by emailing contact@eldershieldup.com. A binding contract is formed when we send you written confirmation of your selected plan.
All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms and renewal dates are specified in your confirmation. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
We endeavour to provide reliable policy administration but make no guarantees as to health outcomes. Liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months. We exclude liability for any indirect or consequential losses.
All copyrights and usage rights in policy documents, guides, and other materials remain with Elder Shield Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any reproduction or distribution requires our prior consent.

Processing time: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
How to request a refund: Submit your request in writing to contact@eldershieldup.com, quoting your policy reference. We will review and confirm within 5 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, Ontario.
